Fees
Standard fees are $150 for the initial assessment and regular sessions (45-50 minutes).
Clients have the option of paying for services by using insurance benefits or by paying out of pocket. There are some advantages in choosing to pay out of pocket for services rather than filing with insurance. Clients need to be advised of these advantages prior to beginning counseling so that they can make the best decision for themselves or their family.

Insurance
I am an in-network provider for many insurance companies; other insurance plans may cover a portion of my services under out-of-network benefits. I will gladly file your claims for you or give you the forms to file on your own if you prefer.
Insurance plans vary widely. While I attempt to verify your benefits and coverage once you have given me your insurance information, it is very important that you call your insurance company prior to your first appointment in order to verify your benefits and to obtain authorization, if necessary.

Payments
All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made by cash, by check to Footsteps Counseling, LLC or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) via paypal.
